The first of it's kind, The Ecovillage Project Kenya is in the process of creating a space for individuals from the emerging green minded class, looking to reinvent the Kenyan rural home by creating a self-sufficient human settlement using a sustainable land design while building a culture of efficiency on what is deemed wasteland, but can be turned into a land of opportunity.

The EcoVillage Project Kenya plans to balance:-
- Earth Care,
- People Care
- and Surplus to go back to Both

The EcoVillage Project Kenya offers potential owners:-
- Green and sustainably built luxury country home
- Energy Efficient source of electricity, cooking gas and heat
- Water Harvesting, Irrigation, grey water and water conservation systems
- Permaculture techniques to create a holistic land design that will provide the optimum amount of green produce; organic meats; fruit forests; kitchen gardens; medicinal and spices for sale.
- An intentional forest on at least 25%-50% of the land.
- An ecological literacy site to learn permaculture
- An ecotourism site for time-share and guests

The EcoVillage Project Kenya potential sources of income:-
- Surplus green produce, dairy and meats
- Ecotourism
- Carbon Credits from Forest
- Seeds and seedlings from nurseries
- Permaculture courses
